東北・関東大地震最前線レポート3/30

 「応援の仕組み」

3月30日、いよいよ遠野に滞留していた物資を、日ごろから取引いただいている鈴木さん、斎藤さんのトラックで釜石に運びました。また今日、釜石で1回目の炊き出しにお手伝いいただいた千葉さんが、昨晩亡くなられました。そのご遺体の搬送にもお二人には手伝っていただき、感謝です。

4月1日から自立支援センター開設につき、大阪から浜口さん、仙台から小松神父、長崎から江藤さんらがかけつけてくれ、ミーティングを持ちました。

サポート体制が次第にできてきました。強力な応援があり、われわれのやるべきことは、ひとりひとりにできるだけ近づき、耳を傾けるということかもしれない。
浜口さんは阪神大震災、中越大地震のサポート体験、江藤さんは老人介護のプロフェッショナルを目指していることから、釜石の伊勢聖子さんを柱として活動が期待されます。

フランスで4年洋菓子技術を磨き、素晴らしいお菓子をつくる、岩手を代表するパティシェ織笠さんから、釜石の方々に食べてもらいたいスゥィーツ作りを来週私の工房を使って、私のところの材料を使ってやりたしという申し出がありました。来週の「あったか号」スイーツバイキングやります。

仙台の横山英子さんから「セーブ・ザ・チルドレン」のボランティア派遣の話があり、喜んで引き受けましょうとお話しました。

ミーティングが終わって、漁港の周辺地区に立ち寄ると、大型タンカーが岸辺に乗り上げていました。

“Il meccanismo per l’aiuto”

Il 30 Marzo, abbiamo finalmente portato i soccorsi giacenti a Toono fino a Kamaishi con un camion di Sig. Suzuki e Sig.Saito. Inoltre, abbiamo trasportato la salma di Sig.Chiba defunto ieri sera. Sig.Chiba ci ha dato una mano per organizzare la prima distribuzione del cibo caldo ai terretati. Due signori hanno aitutato anche il trasport della salma.  

 Abbiamo avuto una riunione per l’apertura del centro associazione per la vita autonoma con Sig.Hamaguchi da Osaka, padre Komatsu e Sig.Eto da Nagasaki.

 Il sistema di sostegno sta per stabilire. Con la grande forza che ci stanno aiutando, quello che dobbiamo fare sarà di avvicinarsi ai terremotati e tendere l’orecchio alle loro parole. Sig.Hamaguchi ha l’esperienza di terremoto a Hanshin e Cyuuetsu. Sig.Eto aspira di diventare il professionista della cura per gli anziani. Potranno essere il centro del movimento a Kamaishi con la Sig.ra Ise.

 Abbiamo ricevuto una proposta da Sig.Origasa, è un bravissimo pasticciere conosciuto a Iwate,  ha l’esperienza di un tirocinio in Francia per quattro anni. di preparare i dolci alla mia cucina usando anche i prodotti di nostra fattoria. Al tour “pullman che riscalda il corpo e il cuore” di prossima settimana, offreremo questi dolci ai partecipanti.

 Abbiamo ricevuto anche un’altra proposta da Sig.Yokoyama di Sendai. Lei voleva mandarci i volontari di “Save the children”. L’abbiamo accettata con grande piacere.

 Dopo la riunione, quando ci siamo fermati al porto, abbiamo visto che una grande petroliera era sulla terra.

Support system

On March 30^th, we finally transported the relief which had been stocked in Tono to Kamaishi by trucks belonging to Suzuki-san and Saito-san who are contractors with our company. Also today they helped us carry the body of Chiba-san, one of the volunteers for the 1st cooked-meal run, who passed on last night. I appreciate their support.

To open the self-support center on April 1^st , we had a meeting with supporters who came from a distance: Hamaguchi-san from Osaka, Father Komatsu from Sendai and Eto-san from Nagasaki.

Hamaguchi-san has experience in relief support for victims of the Great Hanshin Earthquake and the Chuetsu Earthquake. Eto-san wants to be an elder-care professional. These supports are going to be organized by Seiko Ise-san in Kamaishi. I am looking forward to their great jobs.

Mr. Orikasa, who had brushed up his skills in France to produce wonderful European sweets and is one of the best pâtissiers in Iwate prefecture, offered an idea of a sweets workshop with our fruits and ingredients in my factory next week to give the cakes and pastries to survivors in Kamaishi.

We will hold a sweets buffet in the “Attaka-go” next week.

Ms. Eiko Yokoyama in Sendai offered to send us volunteers from “Save the Children.”

I responded that we would be happy to welcome them.

After the meeting we stopped by a nearby area in the fishery harbor and saw a supertanker that had come aground.
